Day 5 | God’s Favor

Today, we are praying for “God’s Favor”. This word “Favor” indicates that He is partial to us, He is biased toward us, He wants to endow us, even to the point of preferential treatment! Sister Teri and I are encouraging you to ask for this “FAVOR” upon you, your family, our church families.  When God answers this prayer, for “God’s Favor,” it will benefit ALL.

  • Pray for God’s favor to be released (Psalm 102:13, Psalm 5:12, Psalm 30:5, Psalm 41:11).

Psalms 102:13  Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come.

Psalms 5:12  For thou, LORD, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield.

Psalms 30:5  For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.

Psalms 41:11  By this I know that thou favourest me, because mine enemy doth not triumph over me.

God’s Favor Toward Us

There are many reasons God saves you: to bring glory to Himself, to appease His justice, to demonstrate His sovereignty.

But one of the sweetest reasons God saved you is because He is fond of you.

He likes having you around.

He thinks you are the best thing to come down the pike in quite a while….

If God had a refrigerator, your picture would be on it.

If He had a wallet, your photo would be in it.

He sends you flowers every spring and a sunrise every morning.

Whenever you want to talk, He’ll listen.

He can live anywhere in the universe, and He chose your heart.

And the Christmas gift He sent you in Bethlehem?

Face it, friend. He’s crazy about you!
